BPM Advisors is a boutique management consulting firm focused on comprehensive Business Process Management (BPM) solutions.
Our firm was founded upon the core principles of integrity, responsibility, sustainability, and continuous improvement. Ahmad Iqbal
President
Ahmad is involved in corporate management, business development, and the overall strategic direction of the company. Ahmad received his Executive MBA (with honors) from The Peter F. Drucker Graduate School of Business at Claremont Graduate University. He received his MSEE degree as a Honeywell/NASA Fellow from Capitol College, MD; and studied his undergraduate engineering at Cal Poly Pomona, CA.
Ahmad’s expertise includes Strategy and Policy Development and Implementation, Change Management, Organizational and Operational Assessment, Performance Improvement based on qualitative and quantitative data analysis, Best Practices Processes and Procedures etc.
Prior to BPM Advisors; he has held several technical and leadership positions at Reuters, ACT Networks, Jet Propulsion Laboratory, Sigue Corp., JD Power and Associates etc. He successfully launched various large scale projects in multiple countries, and established Project Management Offices for different clients. Ahmad is a frequent speaker in various Leadership training seminars and workshops discussing his experience in Change Management and organizational transformation.
In addition to being an adjunct professor of the MSIT & MBA programs at the University of Redlands; Ahmad serves as the current president of the Los Angeles chapter of the Association of Business Process Management Professionals (ABPMP)
He likes to spend his time with his family, and practices Kenpo Karate.
Byron Ramirez
Vice President
Byron Ramirez is Vice President of BPM Advisors, LLC. Byron leads the Research and Analysis Group. He is responsible for the following areas: Methodology Assessment, Research, Quantitative Analysis, Economic and Statistical Modeling, and Policy Development. Byron works directly with clients on projects that involve strategic management, operations management, performance management, and change management.
Byron possesses experience in strategic management, financial management, operations management, budgeting, forecasting, compliance-related projects, risk analysis and risk mitigation, re-engineering projects, business development, and accounting.
Prior to joining BPM Advisors, Byron worked for Basin Water Inc, Lennar Corporation, Countrywide Financial Corporation, California Institute of Technology FCU, J.C. Penney Company, and World Vision International.
Byron holds a Master of Science in Advanced Management degree from the Peter F. Drucker and Masatoshi Ito Graduate School of Management. He earned an MBA from the University of La Verne. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the California State Polytechnic University in Pomona.
Presently, Byron is pursuing a PhD in Economics and Political Science at the School of Politics and Economics at Claremont Graduate University. His research interests include: economic growth, political economy, political philosophy, international relations, political structure and risk, and sustainability.
Byron is a member of the American Management Association and of the Strategic Management Society.
