Effectiveness Review

Our firm does not believe in immediate decamping once the solutions are implemented and invoices are paid off. We will work with you very closely especially in the early days to make sure that implemented solution is an effective one. A well executed solution that is not used by anyone does not add any value. We will make sure that the new solution is effective, and perform modifications if needed.

Mentoring and Training

Our firm belief is that our delivery has not been successful if the knowledge required to maintain (and even extend) a solution hasn't been transferred to your organization. While it is inherent in our implementation approach that your staffs are constantly being educated on the solution, as well as the underlying technology, we can also deliver custom or tailored post-implementation training to teams of any size to ensure smooth and successful knowledge transfer.
