BPM Advisors, LLC is engaged by OC Parks to provide consulting service to the agency.
BPM Advisors, LLC, a boutique strategy and management consulting firm announced today that the company has been engaged by Orange County Parks to conduct an analysis of adminstrative personnel communication protocol and procedures: study and diagnose processes to significantly increase effectiveness and level of engagement between the admin support staff and senior/executive management. The project will analyze the status quo, set benchmarks, and recommend specific and actionable items and practices both for management and admin staff.
About OC Parks: OC Parks manages nearly 40,000 acres of parks, historical and coastal facilities and open space for the County of Orange as part of OC Community Resources.
OC Parks includes roughly 32,000 acres in 25 urban and wilderness parks, 7 miles of beaches and other coastal facilities and 7,000 acres of open space lands. It also encompasses 150 miles of existing bike trails and nearly 350 miles of existing and proposed dirt trails, as well as significant historical landmarks.

BPM Advisors, LLC Awarded CMAS Contract to provide IT services.
BPM Advisors, a human centric strategy and maangement consulting company announced today that the company has been awarded a California Multiple Award Schedule [CMAS] (3-09-70-2684A).
This award is significant because of the rigor of the eligibility requirments for the applicant firms, and because it allows agencies to directly acquire products and services through the CMAS contract without going to bid or through exhaustive competitive pricing procedures.
This government schedule simplifies the process for state and local government agencies in the State of California to engage IT related services with us. The contracts are utilized statewide by both California state and local government agencies under delegated authority from the Department of General Services. Agencies make best value purchasing decisions according to their own business needs such as price, warranty, and supplier performance.

About CMAS: The California Multiple Award Schedules (CMAS) program was established in 1994. The CMAS contracts are established using products, services and prices from already existing competitively assessed and cost compared multiple award contracts. The products, services and prices are primarily from the federal General Services Administration (GSA) multiple award schedule program Federal General Services Administration (GSA), but not exclusively. To these products, services and prices, we add California contract terms and conditions and procurement codes and policies and establish a totally independent California contract.

Byron Ramirez has joined BPM Advisors in the role of vice president.
BPM Advisors, LLC welcomes Byron Ramirez as a member of the senior management team. Byron will lead BPM Advisors’ Research and Analysis Group. He is responsible for the areas of methodology assessment, research, quantitative analysis, economic and statistical modeling, and policy development.

Byron will work directly with clients on projects that involve strategic management, operations management, performance management, and change management.

Prior to joining BPM Advisors, Byron worked for Basin Water Inc., Lennar Corporation, Countrywide Financial Corporation, California Institute of Technology FCU, J.C. Penney Company, and World Vision International.
Byron holds a Master of Science in Advanced Management degree from the Peter F. Drucker and Masatoshi Ito Graduate School of Management. He earned an MBA from the University of La Verne. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the California State Polytechnic University in Pomona.
Presently, Byron is pursuing a PhD in Economics and Political Science at the School of Politics and Economics at Claremont Graduate University. His research interests include economic growth, political economy, political philosophy, international relations, political structure and risk, and sustainability.
Byron is a member of the American Management Association and of the Strategic Management Society.

BPM Advisors, LLC is invited to provide a workflow process demo by King County, Washington.
BPM Advisors, a human centric strategy and maangement consulting company announced today that the company has been invited by King County Finance and Business Operations Division to provide and workflow process demonstration for the County Construction Database Management Program.
The proposed demonstration is to be held at county head office located in Seattle, WA.

BPM Advisors, LLC is selected as a short listed firm by the World Bank.
Today the Water and Sanitation Program (WSP) of the World Bank based in Lima, Peru, announced that BPM Advisors, LLC is selected as one of the short listed firms selected after evaluation of number of Expression of Interest (EOI) submittals from consulting firms worldwide. The project requirement includes “Study on Best Practices to promote an efficient use of water by Water Utilities in Latin America".

BPM Advisors, LLC awarded a single sourced consulting contract.
BPM Advisors, LLC, a strategy and management consulting firm announced today that the company has been awarded a single sourced contract by the County of Orange to provide documentation of the workflow process for the OC Parks-Design function involving architectural design, construction and maintenance of capital projects for public facilities within the OC Parks Department.
The single sourced contract was awarded based on company’s earlier work with the county.
